Data protection
We take the protection of your privacy and your personal data very seriously. We therefore attach great importance to ensuring that your data is secure and that the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), are observed during data processing. Furthermore, we use technical and organizational measures to ensure that your data is optimally protected against unauthorized access by third parties.
1 Personal Information
(1) Personal data - the law also speaks of personal data - is personal information that allows conclusions to be drawn about your identity. This includes, for example, information such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address, but also information about surfing behavior if this information can be directly or indirectly assigned to you.
(2) Your personal data, insofar as this is required for the establishment, content or change of the contractual relationship, will only be used to process the contract. For example, your name and address must be passed on to the goods supplier for the delivery of the goods.
(3) Without your express consent or without a legal basis, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties who are not involved in the execution of the contract. After expiry of the tax and commercial law regulations, this data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use.
